Jake did a brilliant job with a roof inspection. He prepared thoroughly using our surveyors comments, he was careful and respectful inside the property, and spent time to thoroughly investigate issues, including a drone inspection to confirm his initial assessment. He didn’t put unnecessary pressure on us or oversell us and produced a trustworthy opinion. I’d strongly recommend On Call Roofing as a result

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. We are in the process of buying a property and needed a clear understanding of the condition of the roof and other hard-to-reach areas. The drone survey provided exactly the information we needed.

The report was exceptionally well presented, with clear photographs, arrows highlighting areas of concern, and straightforward explanations of what was found. The images were linked directly to the findings, making it very easy to understand. Every potential issue was clearly identified, along with an indication of the likely costs involved.

What I particularly appreciated was that the recommended work was broken down into four separate pieces, allowing us to prioritise and budget for the repairs in a manageable and affordable way.

The use of drone technology was brilliant. It gave us a detailed view of areas we simply could not inspect ourselves and provided far more confidence than we would otherwise have had when making such an important purchase.

On top of that, the service was professional, responsive and genuinely pleasant to deal with throughout. If you're buying a property or need a roof inspection, I would thoroughly recommend this company. The combination of expertise, technology and clear reporting is outstanding.

Jake did an incredible job. He came on a Sunday 0815 just in time as agreed. He carried out the work in a safe and professional manner, diagnosing the issue systematically. Once he identified the issue, he was completely honest about the required solution, and completed the repair on the spot. Jake communicated clearly throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use his services again.

Highly recommended! Jake repaired a badly fitting roof on our bay windows. Previous owner had done a poor repair allowing storm water to ingress into the kitchen and marking the walls. Jake explained and fixed the issue and at no extra cost or request checked and fixed the other bay windows. Top marks and a very reasonable price even though it took him longer than originally planned and used more materials. Very professional work and a great experience overall.

Was the furthest down south I’ve ever been. Met this guy and he is the most sound bloke I’ve ever met. Gave me some advice on my summerhouse roof and also some advice regarding its guttering. Sorted me right out. Definitely recommend his services top bloke 10/10

Jake and his team carried out roofing repairs to broken tiles, replaced ridge tiles and did a soft clean to the complete roof removing all moss and spraying. Communication from Jake was excellent , the team were all very professional and polite , everything was left clean and tidy each day - a very professional job was carried out we would highly recommend On Call Roofing.

So glad we found Jake and On Call Roofing! After a bad experience with some dodgy roofers, he came and rectified their messed up work on a leaking area with complex access. He and his team were always courteous, friendly and tidy, which was really important working through a neighbour's property. He then quoted for necessary repairs to a flat roof that had been neglected and needed serious attention. All the work was done really efficiently, with great communication, drone and other images shared regularly and always explaining what was being done and why. When a couple of old tiles broke and slid off the roof recently, Jake came and replaced them the next day, just ahead of the rain. Very grateful for his skill, candour, efficiency and humour - everything you want in a great tradesman. Highly recommended.
